Welcome to Robert Welch Hospitality

Our Story

Since 1955, our family-owned company has been at the forefront of creating products that combine elegance and functionality. Our award-winning pieces grace the tables of the world’s finest hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise ships, and private residences.

Founder Robert Welch believed that design should not simply serve a purpose but enhance every experience - quietly supporting the ritual of dining, the art of hosting, and the memory of a moment well spent.

Established in the British market town of Chipping Campden and inspired by the clean lines of Scandinavian design, Robert Welch became known for his distinctive approach to stainless steel. Today, several of his designs are held in permanent museum collections, including the V&A in London and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.

Today, the company is led by Robert Welch’s son and daughter. Rupert and Alice continue to create timeless, refined designs that enhance exceptional hospitality.
