Licence to your content: By entering, you grant Robert Welch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, distribute and communicate your submitted content (including Instagram username, photos, videos and captions) in any media for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes, including on our website, social channels and email communications, without further notice or payment. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You agree to waive any moral rights in your content to the extent legally permitted.
7. Robert Welch is the data controller in relation to entrants’ personal data. Entrants agree that their information and content will be processed in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Notice at https://robertwelch.best/pages/privacy, including for marketing purposes if they have opted in to any marketing mailing list.
8. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which Robert Welch reserves the right to amend at any point, during and/or after the closing date. Robert Welch reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9. The giveaway will be open 16:00 GMT from Tuesday, 13th January 2026 until 23:59 BST on Sunday, 12th April 2026. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.
10. Shortly after closing, one winner will be selected at random from the pool of entrants who entered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Robert Welch's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and must, within 7 days, formally claim the prize (providing proof of age if required) by responding, via email provided, to Robert Welch confirming acceptance.
12. Failure to claim the prize within seven (7) days of the message notification will result in that winner forfeiting their right to the prize, and Robert Welch will offer the prize to the next randomly drawn entrant.
13.,The prize must be claimed as stated and cannot be deferred, exchanged for cash, or transferred. Robert Welch reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
